Running from 10am, entry is just £6 for a day full of all things wellbeing and wellness, including access to our wellbeing workshops.
With a wide selection of wellbeing providers and practitioners exhibiting at the event, there will be an abundance of opportunities to find new products and services to enhance your wellbeing.
We have a wealth of FREE workshops on the day – so do come along to learn about all the wonderful therapies that are on offer.

This beginner-friendly Qigong workshop offers a gentle and nourishing introduction to the art of cultivating energy through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom and increasingly supported by modern research, Qigong helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. Through slow, flowing movements and simple breathing practices, you will learn ways to restore balance, calm the mind, and awaken the body’s natural vitality. Suitable for all abilities, these accessible practices can easily be integrated into daily life to support greater ease, resilience, and inner harmony.

Come along and learn how to eat for your gut microbes. This workshop will discuss all the amazing ways our gut microbiome is helping to support our mental and physical health. As well as how can we make sure we are looking after these incredible organisms.. This workshop will also include a quick discussion on fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kimchi, and why they are aim important to include in our diet. I will demonstrate how to make a basic fermented pickle and offer tasters.

Gong Sound Bath Workshop
Allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and Koshi chimes for deep relaxation or meditation. Enjoy the restorative effects of the gongs and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A limited number of airbeds/yoga mats are pre-bookable at the Pure Gongs stall on the day. Nature Connection - We ask what in shamanic circles is know as 'The Chief's Question' - What Is Needed In Our Lives Now? We then go for a walk around the exhibition space as if we are journeying through a living tarot where we will be intuitively drawn to an object or a space that truly resonates with us that will inadvertently help us truly identify what this question is all about for us and where our next natural steps forward want to take us once we understand what is trying to be communicated to us by way of nature's answer.

Drawing on my experience as a qualified Civil Celebrant, I'll share how ceremony can help us celebrate life's milestones in ways that are deeply personal, authentic and memorable. Together, we'll explore how ritual can strengthen connections, honour transitions and bring greater meaning to our lives. I'll also share the story behind my handcrafted Blessing Mists and demonstrate how they can be used to create sacred space and set intention. Purpose: Build self-awareness by helping people distinguish between thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and impulses.
Structure (30 minutes):
Introduction (5 minutes)
Explain that self-awareness starts with noticing what's happening inside us without immediately trying to change it.
Guided Reflection (5 minutes)
Invite participants to notice: What thoughts are present? What emotions are present? What sensations are present in the body? What urges or impulses are present?
Individual Writing (5 minutes)
Complete these prompts: Right now I'm thinking... Right now I'm feeling... Right now I'm noticing in my body... Right now I want to...
Paired or Small-Group Discussion (10 minutes)
Discuss: What was easiest to notice? What was hardest to notice? Did anything surprise you?
Large-Group Debrief (5 minutes)
Explore how thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and actions influence one another.
