Positioned by the Winning Post with elevated views across the course, each private box provides your own dedicated space to relax, dine and take in the action.  

With a choice of hospitality packages, freshly prepared menus and flexible options to suit your group, private boxes combine great food, exceptional views and a memorable atmosphere for any occasion.

What’s Included

Capacity

We have a variety of private boxes that hold a minimum of 12 guests up to 120 guests. A box will be allocated that is suitable for the number of people in your party.

We offer a range of three hospitality packages to choose from dependent upon your personal requirements and budget.

The Chairmans’ VIP Lounge

The Chairman’s Lounge: a thrilling VIP experience that offers the very best in hospitality alongside insights and access to the world of racing that money can’t buy.

This private lounge nestles in the heart of the Grandstand overlooking the Winning Post, creating the feeling that you are right in the heart of the action. Hosted for the day by Sir Peter Austin and George Welch, our joint Chairman and absolute doyens of racing at Newton Abbot, you’ll be entertained with a tailored menu brought to you by our in-house Head Chef Ben Kingdon bringing inspiration from the local area and produce.

This stunning package is interspersed with some ‘access all areas’ treats. Visit the inner sanctum of the Weighing Room, have the opportunity to walk the course itself (optional) and gain some insights from our top class team who prepare the track for racing. Meet one of the jockeys riding on the day and have a former jockey come and meet you in the Lounge to offer their experiences and maybe find you a few winners in the racecard. You’ll also have the chance to go into the Parade Ring to see the horses close up before a race then join winning connections after the race to enjoy a glass of fizz as they celebrate their win.

With a champagne receptions and fine wines lowing throughout the day, this really is an unmissable experience that is only available on selected racedays for a maximum of four people.

A deposit of £250.00 is required to confirm a hospitality package with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event. Deposits on all bookings are non-refundable should you cancel the booking.
