For a more exclusive raceday experience, private boxes at Newton Abbot Racecourse offer the perfect setting to entertain clients, celebrate with friends or enjoy the racing in comfort. Positioned by the Winning Post with elevated views across the course, each private box provides your own dedicated space to relax, dine and take in the action.  

With a choice of hospitality packages, freshly prepared menus and flexible options to suit your group, private boxes combine great food, exceptional views and a memorable atmosphere for any occasion.

What’s Included

  • Private hospitality suite overlooking the winning line, with elevated views across the course and a dedicated viewing balcony

Capacity

We have a variety of private boxes that hold a minimum of 12 guests up to 120 guests. A box will be allocated that is suitable for the number of people in your party.

We offer a range of three hospitality packages to choose from dependent upon your personal requirements and budget.

  • £95.00 per person

    Tea and Coffee (unlimited throughout the day)
    No alcohol is included in this package but a bar tab or a pay as you go bar can be arranged for you

    Hot and Cold Finger Buffet

    Selection of freshly prepared sandwiches with meat, fish and vegetarian fillings

    Triple-cooked chunky chips

    Smoked salmon vol-au-vent topped with a truffle & lemon mayonnaise & pea shoots

    Crispy chicken bites with a hickory BBQ sauce

    Mini beef & cheese & onion pasties

    Local pork sausages, finished in a honey, mustard & soy glaze

A deposit of £250.00 is required to confirm a hospitality package with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event. Deposits on all bookings are non-refundable should you cancel the booking.
