Braised squid salad served with sauce verge, saffron aioli and garlic panko

Main Course:

Slow roasted Belly Pork, crackling, champ mash, apple compote, sauteed greens, finished in cider jus (GF)

Vegetarian option - Mediterranean vegetable and goats cheese stack, red onion jam, roasted new potatoes and balsamic reductions (V, GF)

Dessert:

Sticky toffee pudding, banana caramel sauce, clotted cream ice cream (V)
