Bar and Hospitality Staff

To provide the best possible experience to all racegoers, we are looking to recruit between 40 and 50 members of bar and hospitality staff to serve at our 18 racing fixtures this season.

Bar and hospitality recruits will join our team within our busy hospitality suites, restaurants, and bars.

We are also recruiting for a cellar person to work in our newly created cellar which serves the three newly refurbished main bars on racedays.

All members of staff will undertake a fully paid training programme ahead of the season opener.

Excellent rates of pay are available for these roles, from £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.

We are looking for staff who are keen to make a customer’s day feel special and who are able to deliver excellent customer service with the ability to make the entire experience enjoyable. You must be hardworking, motivated, punctual, polite and enthusiastic

You will need to provide a safe, friendly environment for all of our customers, whilst delivering an efficient and energetic service. Your role could be the face of the company or the first point of contact for our guests.

Applicants MUST have experience working within busy environments, with the correct attitude and the desire to achieve.

Shifts are typically between 6-8 hours, with extended shifts on feature racedays and other events. This is casual work which is perfect if you want the flexibility. This will include working both weekdays and weekends with good rates of pay.

Casual staff are paid every two weeks.
