Relentless is the only winner in the field and commands maximum respect for a pairing that can do little wrong, but he’s likely to be plenty short enough and a chance is taken with BALTIC BLADE.

Trainer John Ferguson had sent two runners down from his Suffolk base Beachfire, a middle distance winner on the flat who eventually finished third and PLAIN SAILING who started 4/6 on favourite and did not disappoint.
