Abbot's Whispers - Race Preview 24th June 2014

6.00: KALMBEFORETHESTORM looks to have the best form in this contest he was placed twice here last summer over 2m 3f on good to firm ground. The Sweetner ran a very good third here to Vesperal Dream over the distance last month and will be a danger if repeating that form, Penzflo was place in a point and makes debut under rules here could be a good price.
PLACEPOT: 3 & 6

6.30: Top Wood made a winning start to his chasing career at Towcester last month and will be sure to go well here. Paul Nicholls MCILHATTON who was demoted by the stewards at Stratford last month after beating Rum And Butter who went on to win at Market Rasen looks to be the one to be on here. Hold Court will be a danger he was only beaten a neck at Uttoxeter last time on chasing debut.
PLACEPOT: 4

7.05: The consistent Canadian Diamond is a course and distance winner here and will be sure to go close. CHANGING THE GUARD was a comfortable winner here at Easter and whilst disappointing last time in a Grade 3 at Haydock we fancy him to run well here. Aalim looks a danger if he brings his Hexham form here and Dovils Date has been in form on the Flat.
PLACEPOT: 1 & 5

7.35: Martin Cash and Mon Chevalier both have the past form to figure here. Ladfromhighworth is in good form and if producing his Fontwell form here will be a big danger. THE RATTLER OBRIEN who has won twice here over the distance in hurdle races and is a winner of three points looks to be the one to be on.
PLACEPOT: 3 & 7

8.10: Thedeboftheyear is now 5lbs above her course and distance win here last month but should still run a big race. Henwood benefitted from a tongue-tie when third here over 2m 1f two weeks ago and looks a danger. PRINCE PIPPIN is a five time hurdle winner who looked to be come back to form when second at Ffos Las over 2m 4f last month and is fancied to go one better here. Moneymix a good fourth here to Nomadic Storm last month could run into a place.
PLACEPOT: 3 & 9

8.45: EL TOREROS was very unlucky when beaten a head by Squeeze Me at Fakenham over 2m 4f and is fancied to go one better here. Nether Stream comes here on a hat-trick and looks to be the main danger whilst the market will indicate the chance of Dranagold for Martin Hills who always does well here.
PLACEPOT: 6 & 2
