Abbot's Whispers - Race Review Monday 14th July

David Pipe’s Supreme Present started a hot favourite in The At The Races Virgin 534 Novices’ Hurdle 2m 1f only to be turned over by the two hurdling debutants. David Bridgwater’s COLLODI a Flat winner in Germany led approaching the second last and was ridden out by Tom Scudamore holding off the challenge of ex-Mark Johnson inmate My Direction now trained by John Ferguson to win by a neck.
