Terms & Conditions: One prize available in total of an annual family pass to Pennywell Farm. Prize can be redeemed for either the remainder of the 2023 season OR saved for the full 2024 season. The prize cannot be used across the two years. Prize as stated and no cash alternatives. Competition closes at 3pm on Saturday 12 August 2023. All entries must be placed inside the competition box in the general office. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize by Friday 18 August, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.

We’re delighted to announce that you’ll now be able to make a lovely little corn dolly, with the help of the wonderful team from Newton Abbot Flower Club.
Taking place in the Owners and Trainers Lounge between 10.15am and 3.15pm, this lovely country-themed activity costs only £2.50pp.
No need to book in advance, just pop in when you’re ready to create your own corn dolly.

If you’re looking to enjoy a picnic during your visit, you’ll find dedicated picnic benches available in the Course Enclosure.
Please note, for health and safety purposes it is not possible to picnic in the car park area as previously we have had incidents where loose horses have entered the car park areas. For the safety of everyone at the racecourse, we now have dedicated picnic benches available in the Course Enclosure for you to enjoy during your visit.
No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the racecourse and bag searches are in operation at all enclosures.
Please note, no BBQs / camping stoves and / or any other cooking equipment are permitted to be brought into the racecourse.
We are proud to support the RCA’s ‘Pace Yourself’ responsible drinking campaign which aims to encourage racegoers to drink responsibly at the races, allowing one soft drink to every alcoholic drink. Jugs of drinking water are available in all bar areas for racegoers.

Racegoers joining us in the Course Enclosure can enjoy a selection of snacks and soft drinks from our Alfresco catering outlet or our Course Enclosure bar.
Our Course Enclosure Bar inside the Course Enclosure will be open at all fixtures this year, serving a selection of drinks for racegoers.
Access to the racecourse for racegoers with disabilities is via the new public entrance – please turn right at the entrance into the disabled car park.
Wheelchair accessible entrances are located in all betting halls with lifts in the Paddock Betting Hall and the Teign Suite. Accessible toilets are located in the entrance to the Paddock Enclosure areas, in the Terrace Rooms and the top floor of the Teign Suite.
The accessible viewing stand for racegoers with disabilities is located at the front of the Paddock Grandstand.

The Racecourse section of the Teign Estuary Trail was provided with the kind co-operation of Newton Abbot Racecourse. This section will be closed during race meetings. It will be closed one hour before the first race of the day and will re-open after the final race.
The path will be closed, by racecourse staff, to protect the health and safety of the riders and horses. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please note these timings may change. The racecourse staff may need to open or close the gates earlier or later. This is dependent on health and safety issues or changes to race times due to the requirements of the TV companies broadcasting the racing.
